This was the third full renovation/remodel completed by Gallagher Construction for myself and my family. With all projects they were great about responding to my questions/concerns, accommodated my decision to make changes after the project was started and respected what I needed to accomplish and the time frame I requested.
They are hands down the only provider I would use or recommend (and my family has used the services of two other contractors in the past 20 years).
I was especially impressed that they were able to complete the bulk of the project (minus my added changes) in the time period I needed so that I would not have to be out of my home or board my dogs and cats longer than initially anticipated. I know it's a minor detail to most people but my pets are a huge part of my life and the fact that they understood and worked with me to accommodate their needs was appreciated. If they are willing to work with my quirks as a client and do a great job, I know they will handle any requests professionally, promptly and with understanding.

Overall, we had a great experience with Gallagher Construction! The work that we needed done didn't fall into the category of "fun home improvement projects" that most homeowners look forward to- in fact we were pretty frustrated to learn that the previous owners had allowed the structural condition to get so bad- but Gallagher gave us a tremendous amount of confidence that the work would be done and done right. We requested bids from 4 other providers and although Gallagher fell on the more expensive side of the spectrum, they had a good idea of where the previous owners went wrong and the clearest vision of how to move forward to fix current issues and prevent recurring ones. The entire Gallagher crew was incredibly professional, insightful, and upbeat; Spencer, in particular, was always working very diligently and happy to answer the several dozen questions we had each morning. Once the work was completed, Sean took the time to walk through everything, answer all of our questions, and make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We're really looking forward to working with Gallagher again now that we can start planning out the "fun" projects on our home!

I didn't realize how many subcontractors would be used electrical/roof/gutters and drywall, and I think this bumped the cost, but all the work proceeded quickly and expertly because of this. They did a lovely job matching the existing structure and even making improvements after consulting with me. I'm very happy with the outcome!
